Customer Support
1) Open Netscape Preferences by going to Edit, Preferences.
2) Expand the Mail & Newsgroups category, and click on Mail servers.
3) Type in smtp.iexposure.com for outgoing mail server, and your username.
4) Be sure that 'Use SSL or TLS for outgoing messages' is not selected.
5) Hit Add.
