Project Description: Website Design & Content Management System
In terms of volume, Chase Homes is one of Minnesota’s largest homebuilders. Over the past 30 years, they have followed one simple idea: listen before they build. Chase listens to how people use a home. They offer a variety of floor plans in communities across the Twin Cities Metro Area at different price ranges.
Our goal was to design a site that was interactive and user-friendly. A visitor can select homes based on a desired neighborhood or floor plan and then access information about each community. In addition, we developed a content management system that allows Chase to make their own changes in real time. This was important to them so that they could make changes based on inquiries that reflect the pace of the current housing boom in the Minneapolis market.
Work Performed: Design, content management system development, and hosting.
